Some can afford only apartments, but millionaires can afford mansions or palace. Some people spend their entire life to buy their dream home. Why entire life? May be you haven't heard about price of real estate. As population increases, the price of real estate also increases.

10. 18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens :-


18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens is located on Kensington, London. It is one of the most expensive residential streets in the world, known as "Millionaires Row".

It was originally two semi-detached houses, later Property developer David Khalili bought and merged the two properties into the one home in the 1990s, by spending £20 million.

It was served as the residence of the many ambassadors, it is now owned by Sunil Mittal who purchased house for a record £117 million.

It has 12 bedrooms, an indoor pool, Turkish baths, and parking spaces.

Before Mr Mittal purchased the property, it was owned by some pretty famous and wealthy families like the Rothchilds, David Khalili and Bernie Ecclestone. 







9. Palazzo di Amore :-




Palazzo di Amore is a house located in Los Angeles, California. It was cited as being the most expensive residential complex in the United States, priced at $195 million. It is 53,000 square feet. The Jeff Greene, a real estate billionaire purchased the property for around $35 million and renovated it with the help of developer Mohamed Hadid. The property is again relisted for sale with price of $129 million.

The house has 12 bedrooms including a 5,000-square foot master suite; 25 bathrooms; a 15,000 square foot entertainment center with bowling alley, 50-seat state-of-the-art movie theater, and discotheque; a 24-car garage; and it has 25 acres of grounds including its own wine-producing vineyard, 150-person infinity pool, reflecting pool, and tennis court, parking for approximately 150 cars, guard house, private driver's quarters, guest house, wine cellar, spa, formal gardens and city-to-ocean views.

Ellison Estate, This 23-acre property Owned by Larry Ellison, the co-founder of Oracle and one of the worlds richest men. Ellison Estate located in woodside, California.

This $200 million estate comprises 10 buildings, which include a tea house,
man-man lake, koi pond and bath house.

The design of the estate inspired by Japanese influence. The house was designed by Paul Driscoll, who was an architect and Zen Buddist teacher.

Palais Bulles located near Cannes, France. The house was designed by the Hungarian architect Antti Lovag, and built between 1975 and 1989.

This 1200 square metres house was built for a French industrialist, Pierre Bernard. The house comprises a reception hall, 500-seat open-air amphitheatre, panoramic lounge, 10 bedrooms, various swimming pools and waterfalls in extensive landscaped grounds.

The ten bedrooms have each been decorated by a specific artist, including Patrice Breteau, Jerome Tisserand, Daniel You, François Chauvin, and Gerard Cloarec. The property is currently owned by Pierre Cardin. The property was listed for sale with an asking price of €350 million.

The penthouse is located at the top of the 49-story concrete-and-glass tower called La Tour Odeon, which is located within the Golden Citadel of Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The penthouse developed by the Groupe Marzocco, designed by the Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi.

This 31,500-square foot property, occupy five-floor palace from 45th to 49th floors of the Tour Odeon. The apartment includes a rooftop deck.
The sky penthouse features a swimming pool with waterslide. 
The flat offers a spectacular view of the ocean.

The five-floor penthouse has been priced at $335 million. This five-storey penthouse is one of the world’s most expensive properties per square meter.

Fair Field is a large private house located in the Hamptons, Long Island, in New York State in the United States.
This house is owned by Ira Renner, owner the Renco Group. The mansion, constructed for about $110 million but now valued at 500 million.

The 63-acre home features 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, three swimming pools, basketball court, two tennis courts, and two squash courts, a bowling alley. The mansion has its own 164-seat theater. The 63-acre mansion faces the Atlantic Ocean and has its very own power plant. Four Fairfield Pond has a 91ft long dining room.







4. Villa Les Cèdres :-



Villa Les Cèdres, located in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France. The house owned by billionaire Rinat Akhmetov. it cost $221 million to purchase. Villa Les Cèdres is a 187-year-old mansion set on 35 acres of land.

It was first built in 1830 and purchased by King Leopold II of Belgium in 1904. 

The house is whopping 18,000 square feet in size and it features 14 bedrooms, an Olympic size swimming pool, a large stable, big enough for 30 horses, crystal chandeliers, gilded woodwork, 19th-century oil paintings and a wood-panelled library, a man-made pond with Amazonian lily pads, a bronze statue of Athena, a chandelier-lit ballroom.

Its highest vantage points offers views of Villefranche-sur-Mer, the viaduct bridge near the medieval town of Eze Village, the breathtaking Alps separating France and Italy.

Villa Leopolda is located in the Frances Alps-Maritime department of it’s Cote d’Azur Region and covers approximately 50 acres. The villa is owned by the widow, Lily Safra, who inherited the villa after her husband's death.

Villa La Leopolda in its current incarnation was designed and built from 1929 to 1931 by an American architect, Ogden Codman, Jr., an estate once owned by King Leopold II of Belgium.

It has 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a commercial greenhouse, helipad, outdoor kitchen, swimming pools, a guest house, pool house.
The house was even used as a set in the
Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 film: To Catch a Thief. 






2. Antilia :-



Antilia is a private residence in the 
Altamount Road, Cumballa Hill in Mumbai, India. It is owned by Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani.

It is designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins and Will, with the Australian-based construction company Leighton Holdings taking charge of its construction.

The building is 173 metres tall, over 37,000 square metres in size. The building comprises 27 floors with extra-high ceilings, three helipads, air traffic control, a 168-car garage, a ballroom, 9 high speed elevators, a 50-seat theatre, terrace gardens, swimming pool, spa, health centre, a temple, and a snow room that spits out snowflakes from the walls.

The building is named after the mythical island Antillia. Antilia requires a staff of at least 600 to maintain the building. It is also designed to withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake.

The Buckingham Palace is located in the City of Westminster. And it is owned by the British Royal family. It’s been the official residence of the monarchy since 1873.

It comprises 775 rooms, 78 bathrooms, 92 offices and 19 staterooms.  It also has a post office, cinema, swimming pool, doctor's surgery and jeweller's workshop.

The palace is approximately 828,000 square feet in size and the garden alone covers 40 acres, which includes a helicopter landing area, a lake, and a tennis court.
